The “AIR-Flex range” is the latest innovation from Eskadron and represents the next
evolution of our modern sport boots. The completely redesigned construction offers the
horse the perfect combination of protection, lightness, and breathability.
The anatomically shaped structure of the AIR-Flex boots is based on cutting-edge
technology and is consistently designed for top athletic performance. Strategically placed
ventilation zones, combined with 3D air mesh, ensure continuous airflow. This effectively
reduces heat buildup in the horse’s leg and minimizes the risk of overuse and overheating –
resulting in even greater performance.
Outstanding protection is provided by the innovative 3-layer protection zones. These
consist of an extra-strong hard-shell area, an additional carbon fiber layer, and the core
element – D3O. Originally developed for professional motorsports, this patented material
effectively and provenly absorbs impact energy.
As a result, critical areas are optimally protected while the rest of the outer shell remains
lightweight and flexible. Thanks to the trusted Flexisoft zone, the AIR-Flex boots offer
additional freedom of movement.
The different fastening options –
CLASSIC Velcro-Fit, SPORT Pin-Lock, and CHAMP Pull-Lock – have been redesigned for
quick application, easy removal, and a secure fit, offering the perfect solution for every

The exceptional protective performance of the Air-Flex boots is based on
a unique material combination, used exclusively in equestrian sports and
strategically applied in high-impact areas:
1st Layer : Extra-hardened outer shell

effectively absorbing energy.It is a material
typically used only in high-risk applications—
due to both its performance and its cost.
